Boil the water in a small saucepan. Add the matcha powder and honey then stir to combine. Set aside.
Add the coconut milk to a small saucepan and heat over low heat. Do not bring to a boil. You don’t want to burn the coconut milk, you just want it warm.
Next pour equal amounts of the matcha mixture into two mugs. Then repeat but with the hot coconut milk. If using add 1 scoop of the collagen peptides to each mug. Using a milk frother, stir to combine. Serve immediately.
