AIP Coconut Milk Matcha Latte

  • Boil the water in a small saucepan. Add the matcha powder and honey then stir to combine. Set aside.
  • Add the coconut milk to a small saucepan and heat over low heat. Do not bring to a boil. You don’t want to burn the coconut milk, you just want it warm.
  • Next pour equal amounts of the matcha mixture into two mugs. Then repeat but with the hot coconut milk. If using add 1 scoop of the collagen peptides to each mug. Using a milk frother, stir to combine. Serve immediately.
