Ingredients

  • 1 head Green Cabbage sliced into 1/2 inch steaks
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper AIP Reintroduction, optional
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • Brush with oil on both sides and place onto cookie sheet.
  • Season to taste with salt and black pepper (if using).
  • Roast in the oven for 17-20 minutes.
