Ingredients

  • 1 small Avocado pitted and skinned
  • 5 Mint sprig leaves only
  • 1 Banana frozen
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Honey optional

Instructions

  • Combine everything in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve cold.
