Healthy green smoothie made with avocado but with a handful of mint thrown in for a slight kick. This recipe is allergy friendly (gluten, dairy, shellfish, nut, egg, and soy free) and suits the autoimmune protocol diet (AIP), paleo and vegan diets.

  • 1 small Avocado pitted and skinned
  • 5 Mint sprig leaves only
  • 1 Banana frozen
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Honey optional


  • Combine everything in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve cold.
