- 1 bunch Mint Leaves
- 1 1/4 cups Lemon Juice
- 6 1/4 cups Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 1/2 cups Whiskey
- 1 Pineapple peeled, cored and cut into chunks
Place the pineapple in a freezer to create pineapple ice cubes. That way you don’t have ice watering down your punch.
Combine the mint and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
Muddle the mint in the lemon juice.
Shake the cocktail shaker and then strain out the mint while pouring the liquid into a large pitcher. You'll need a pitcher that holds about 11 cups of liquid.
Add the pineapple juice and maple syrup into the pitcher as well.
Stir until the maple syrup has dissolved.
Add the whiskey and stir until combined.
When you are ready to serve, add the pineapple from the freezer.
Use high quality ingredients.
Make sure that the pineapple juice is just pineapple and doesn't have any additional sugar added.
This is a great cocktail for a party because you can make it in advance!!
