Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries diced
  • 1 cup Jicama peeled and diced
  • 1 Shallot minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice White Vinegar would be an ok substitute
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients into a medium size bowl.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Serve immediately.
