Fruity Green Juice

Packed with spinach but with the taste of fruit juice. This recipe is allergy friendly (gluten, dairy, shellfish, nut, egg, and soy free) and suits the autoimmune protocol diet (AIP), paleo and vegan diets.

Ingredients

  • 3 Pears roughly chopped
  • 3 Apples roughly chopped
  • 3 handfuls Spinach 3 cups
  • 5 sprigs Mint

Instructions

  • Place the mint and spinach into the chute of the juicer.
  • Then add the apples and pears into the juicer.
  • Turn the juicer on high and press (using the plastic press) the fruits and veggies into the juicer.
  • Stir the juice and then pour over ice.
  • Serve immediately.
