It may seem a little strange to add an avocado and spinach to a drink but it’s actually really good. The veggies are balanced by the sweetness of the green apples and bananas. The avocado adds a creaminess that you normally get from heavy cream. This Super Green Smoothie is surprisingly good.
Have you guys heard of Skillshare yet? It’s an online resource for learning. Anyone can take thousands of online classes or even teach a class yourself. Some classes are 10 minutes while others are more involved at an hour. I’ve been watching a bunch of classes while my little one takes a bottle. It’s nice to learn something while he’s occupied.
I’ve mentioned Skillshare in a few other posts recently as I’m going to be teaching a cooking class that will go live in the next few days. The class will be on Healthy Smoothies and this Super Green Smoothie along with my Green Berry Smoothie are going to be apart of the class. I’ll be showing you how to make three different but all equally delicious and healthy smoothies but the class is so much more than recipes. I’ll be giving tips, tricks and really helpful information for making smoothies.
If you’d like to learn more about Skillshare, they are offering a 3 month premium membership for only 99 cents. That’s a savings of $35! If you’d like to take advantage of this deal, just click on the link below.
